Nailpro Europe provides you with a photo information form and other forms,
which you need to download, fill out and email:nailprobulgaria.eu@gmail.com,
once you submit your participation registration form.

The forms must be signed by the following people:
- from The photographer clicked HERE
Photo Non-Exclusive Rights Form - certifies the consent of the photographer,
who took the photos (if any) Nailpro to use the photos for the purposes of
the contest.
- by Nail Stylist click HERE

Photo Non-Exclusive Rights Form - certifies
your consent to Nailpro using your photos for the purposes of the competition.

- from the Model that was photographed click HERE

Photo Non-Exclusive Rights Form - certifies
the consent of the model photographed for Nailpro to use the photographs for the purposes of the competition.
- for the Model Consent Form click HERE

Certifies parental consent if your model is under 18.

Missing completed forms or incomplete forms will automatically remove
your registration!
