1. RELEASE FORMS ARE CRITICAL!
Nailpro Europe is providing you with a Photo Information Form and various other forms, which you
need to download, fill in and send to email: nailprobulgaria.eu@gmail.com,
once you submit your registration form.
Please follow the link below:
Forms must be signed by all of the following people:
- The photographer(s) who took the photos (“Non-Exclusive Photography License”).

- The technician (“Technician Release”).
- The model that was shot for these photos (“Model release”).
- If your model is under 18 fill this document RATIFICATION BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF MINOR
The absence of completed forms or incomplete forms will automatically eliminate your submission!
2. DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY – ALL WORK MUST BE DIGITAL
Please use the following as your criteria: Resolution MUST be 300 dpi. 5 x 7
When you send your work, you should check that all required attachments have been included. You
will get access to your personal folder for sending photos and videos according to the categories.
You must submit your work before deadline.
3. PHOTOGRAPHY
A professional photographer is not necessary for your submission. A professional photographer will
best represent your hard work and greatly increase your chances of winning Nailpro Europe. If a
professional photographer is used they must sign and return a Non-Exclusive Photography License.
4. PHOTOS
You must submit specific photos of your work and your own photo (for Nailapalooza only). Examples
below.
The photo requirements for Nail Art work:
1. Presentation – all 10 nail tips in frame as tight as possible — for all nail art nominations.
2. 2 photos close up A, B each a different part of the entry — for all nail art nominations.
3. 1 photo of the stand with rulers, showing the stands dimensions — for all nail art nominations.
4. 2 photos of tips length, shortest and longest — for all nail art nominations.
5. Dimensions of volumetric parts in all directions — for MMNA, 3DNA and IAAB nominations.
6. 1 or 2 photos – close up of the most detailed section you want us to see closely — for all nail art
nominations.

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF EXTENSIONS
Length of the longest extension cords. Please use a soft ruler to measure
the middle of the extension cord.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF EXTENSIONS
Length of the shortest extension cords. Please use a soft ruler to measure
the middle of the extension cord.
SIZE OF DETAILS A
For MMNA, 3DNA and IAAB nominations. Measure the height of all volume parts in all directions.
SIZE OF DETAILS B
For MMNA, 3DNA and IAAB nominations. Measure the height of all volume parts in all directions.
DETAIL SIZE C
For MMNA, 3DNA and IAAB nominations. Measure the height of all volume parts in all directions.
SEPARATELY
All EXTENSIONS separately. Please take a picture of ALL the extensions
the pad before assembling the work.
SUBSTRATE SIZE
Please take a picture of the dimensions of the stand together with the rulers.

Photo requirements for technical categories:
All photos must have a black or white background.
1. Presentation. The arms should be folded crosswise, right on left and photographed
on top.
2. C - curve - front view.

4. 2 photos. Side view A and B - Right side and left side.
5. General view - Both hands on a black background, photo above.

The arms should be folded transversely, right over left and photographed from above.

Photo session instructions:
Make sure the photos are in focus. Use a tripod if necessary.
Experiment with camera settings for the best performance.
DIMENSIONS:
Photos: only 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 inches. Smaller photos will not be allowed.
SAVE photo files such as: portrait Tiff or JPEG 300 DPI
NAME OF FILES:
Category - Abbreviation of the nomination - Number of the participant

VIDEO
Video up to 1 minute and max. 500MB. The video should be general and close to the elements that
you want to show us in detail.
